Economist, Master in Public Policy and PhD candidate in Sustainable Development**.** She served as General Coordinator of Green Innovation and Just Transition at the Ecological Transformation Plan of Brazil's Ministry of Finance. She works at the intersection of economics, sustainability, and innovation, developing projects that bring together economic development and climate action, and connects governments, businesses, social movements, and international agencies, always with a focus on concrete impact.
She is currently a PhD candidate in Sustainable Development at the University of Brasília (UnB), undertaking a visiting PhD research at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), University College London (UCL) under supervisor of Professor Mariana Mazzucatto. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and was part of the first cohort of the Maria da Conceição Tavares School of Government and Development, run by ECLAC and BNDES. Her trajectory includes serving as President of the National Union of Students (UNE) from 2015 to 2017, political candidacies, and solid experience in institutional representation, government relations, and engagement campaigns.
She has extensive experience coordinating and implementing projects that combine economic development with decarbonisation, with a focus on technological innovation for the sustainable transition of the economy. She leads consultancies that organise every stage of a project — from strategy definition through execution and delivery — mobilising stakeholders, structuring processes, coordinating fundraising, and delivering solutions with economic and climate impact.
